How It Works

STEP 1. COMPLETE THE PROGRAM REGISTRATION SHEET - TODAY…

If you want to pursue this opportunity you’ll need to complete and submit the Program Registration sheet. You can complete it online or print, complete, scan then email back to us at support@apexhoap.org.

Funds are limited so get your registration sheet in as soon as you can. We have many, many ways to help you. While credit is important, we just don’t put as much emphasis on Credit Reports as do Banks and other Institutions.

STEP 2. CHOOSE YOUR HOME...

After we review your information, we will want to get to know you and find out exactly what you are looking for. We take the description of your ideal dream home and we give it to our approved Realtor who will search the computer for homes that fit that description and our criteria in the area you want to live in. Once you decide which home you want, we negotiate a cash price for that home with the seller and purchase it.

We then immediately sell it to you and may carry the financing for you. We can do all of our Owner Financing on a 30 year term, regular, fixed, low market interest rate for this type of loan. No catches! You get the home you choose and we get a good customer. (If you have a home picked out-that’s probably O.K. also.)

STEP 3. CLOSE THE SALE AND MOVE IN TO YOUR NEW HOME...

We arrange for a local Attorney or Title Company to close the transaction, usually within 30 days from the time you sign the purchase agreement with us. We can also handle all the closing arrangements with the Attorney/Title Company. And then…Congratulations. After the closing you can move into your new home.
